Is YOEFI Right For Me?
Are my asset logs safe?
Yes, we have a layered security approach. Firstly we don't take any sensitive details e.g. bank account numbers and you can provide as much information as you are comfortable with. The platform is built using bank grade encryption.
Is this a substitute for a financial adviser?
No. YOEFI helps you understand your position and organize your assets in a single place. Always consult a professional for complex estates or tax planning advice.
What happens to my data long term?
Your data is held securely for 12 months. If you wish for us to hold your data longer term this can be arranged for a small yearly fee.
Can I share this with my spouse or executor?
Yes. You can add unlimited participants to your estate plan, including executors and beneficiaries who will get access in the event of your passing.
When can my family access my information?
The data is only accessible by you. When one of your defined beneficiaries makes a request to us and produces a valid death certificate, we provide them with an export of the asset structures and IHT calculation.
How accurate are the IHT calculations?
Our calculations are based on current HMRC rules. While we keep our calculator updated with tax law changes, the tool provides estimates only and should not be considered legal or tax advice.
